I met my physical therapist Jason Ball of ptnorthwest.com the winter of 2007.

Jason and I are developing a kayak specific training plan to not only build shoulder strength, but also core strength, kayak specific exercises, diet and the optimal training program for kayaking. Not only that, but he is developing a program that I can use either from a gym or on the road where I donít have access to standard equipment.

Jason is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with, and I am becoming stronger than I have ever been. Jasonís training is improving my kayaking and reducing my risk of injury more than I could ever achieve on my own. I count Jason as one of my lucky finds in life.
