The interior corbels are commonly employed for the entrances, cabinet, countertop, fireplace mantel, and shelving units. They are suitable for both traditional and modern interior. The more elaborated design, when the detail sculptures and carvings are presented, is commonly used for the traditional one. The sleeker design is good for the modern interior. Mostly, they are presented in pure white but sometimes they appear in natural wood or metal.
For the exterior, this element is used for to support awning, roof lines, and balcony. They support the façade decoration look. Similar to the interior console, it is also commonly painted in white. However, the color paintings can be varied based on the coloring tones of the home exterior that are required. Employing corbels may mean presenting traditional accent for the home decoration
